I used to get it a lot when I was younger (this was after a near-fatal accident where I opened the door of my grandfather's car mid-drive and fell onto a highway), usually in very short bursts of fairly innocuous things. I still get it from time to time now but they're farther in between. Also, wear a seatbelt.

Submission: Sleep Paralysis
Okay, so I went through your whole blog, I love it by the way.
But I ran across a submission about someone who was in a state of sleep paralysis and they mentioned that while they were in this state they saw an apparition or something of the sort…
It most likely was NOT really anything at all. It is common in people who experience sleep paralysis to have hypnagogic or hypnopompic...
